Do you accept same-day walk-ins?

Walk-ins are welcome, when available.

Do you have to be a Costco member to schedule an exam?

You do not need to be a Costco member to be seen by our optometrist.

You do need to have a membership to order glasses and contact lenses through Costco.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we participate with the following plans VSP, Spectera, VBA, Medicare, Aetna Medicare, Cigna Medical, Horizon BCBS NJ, and Davis Vision. Please call our office to make sure we accept your particular plan.

Is there an additional fee for the Optomap retinal imaging exam?

Yes, there is a $35 additional fee for retinal imaging. Optomap provides a 200° scan of the back of your eyes. It helps the doctor screen for diseases like: glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, hypertensive eye disease, retinal tears, and tumors. Optomap is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by our optometrist.
